buiigo cookies
No cookies. We don’t store cookies or identifiers in your browser. The only thing we store, if you answer the third-party content notice, is your choice (“Accept” or “Reject”) in its local storage, under the key buiigo.consent.v1: it is technical, never leaves your browser and saves us asking you again. Your language is part of the page address (for example, /en/ for English), not a cookie.
Technical security cookies
Our network and security provider, Cloudflare, may in some cases set technical cookies to tell people apart from bots and protect the website against attacks. They are strictly necessary, so they do not require your consent (Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE):
| Cookie | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare | Distinguishing human traffic from bots. | 30 minutes |
| cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Remembering that you passed a security check. | 30 minutes (default) |
Third-party photos and maps
Property photos load from Google servers and maps from OpenFreeMap. buiigo does not ask them to set cookies, but your browser may send them any cookies it already holds, depending on your settings and their policies.
Third-party content: GetYourGuide
On some listings, the “Things to do in…” section shows activities from GetYourGuide. Nothing from GetYourGuide loads without your permission. We ask for it in a notice with two equally visible buttons, “Accept” and “Reject”, or with the “Show activities” button in the section itself. If you accept, its content loads from widget.getyourguide.com when you get close to that section, and GetYourGuide may use its own cookies and identifiers (such as a visitor ID) under its privacy policy (on getyourguide.com). If you reject, it receives nothing and you’ll see links to its website instead.
You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you withdraw permission, GetYourGuide content disappears straight away; anything GetYourGuide has already stored can be deleted in your browser settings, as explained below.
When you leave buiigo
When you click a booking button, you leave buiigo for Stay22 and the booking site. Those sites use their own cookies, including affiliate cookies that record that you came from buiigo so that they can pay us the commission. They will ask for your consent where required, and you can read their policies on each site.
How to manage or delete cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings:
If you block Cloudflare’s technical cookies, you may occasionally have to pass a security check.
Changes to this policy
If we ever use other cookies (analytics, for example), we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting them. Last updated: October 1, 2026.
