Purpose

buiigo.com (“buiigo”) is a free information and comparison service for tourist accommodation. It shows public information about properties and links, through affiliate links, to third-party booking sites.

buiigo is not a travel agency, does not provide accommodation services and takes no part in bookings or payments.

Terms of use

Access to buiigo is open, free of charge and requires no registration. By browsing the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

You agree to use buiigo lawfully and, in particular, not to:

  • extract its content on a large scale or systematically, or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission;
  • try to access restricted areas, interfere with the operation of the site or overload it;
  • use it for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any of its content at any time.

Information and prices

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it comes from third-party sources and is updated automatically, so it may contain errors or omissions. Prices are guide prices, and information about services, location or ratings does not constitute a binding offer.

Always check the conditions on the booking site before you book. We explain where each piece of information comes from in how buiigo works.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, buiigo is not liable for:

  • accommodation services or bookings, which you arrange with third parties;
  • the content, prices, availability or policies of the websites we link to;
  • damage caused by interruptions, technical errors or malicious software beyond our control.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Intellectual and industrial property

The design, code, original texts, logo and buiigo brand, as well as the selection and arrangement of the content, belong to the owner or are used under licence. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without permission is prohibited, except where the law allows it.

Photos, ratings and property data belong to their respective owners. Maps are based on data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Third-party trademarks and logos, such as Booking.com or Expedia, belong to their owners.

If you believe any content infringes your rights, email us at ⟦EMAIL⟧ and we will review it immediately.

Data protection and cookies

How we process personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and how we use cookies in the cookie policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s place of residence.

We do not adhere to any code of conduct or consumer arbitration scheme. If you have a complaint, write to us and we will reply as soon as possible.
